...and the energy eats it.

Hrm. I know the Chinese are communists and all, and as such have no shame and no common sense, but still; when a government department very obviously plagiarizes a very famous work, and claims it to be original... it still manages to surprise me.

Soul's Window (心灵之窗), apparently a very popular animation for children in China pretty much stole crazy keint amounts of frames off 5 Centimetres Per Second.

Here's a two shots from Soul's Window...

and here's a shot from 5 Centimetres...

You can reads more about it here. Comparisons were taken off Sankaku Complex.

That's almost as fail as Voyeur of the Century here.

Hmm. Although it is true that Chinese people aren't very well informed so they mightn't have all noticed the similarities but how would the PRC not expect the rest of the world to find out? --" And after all their talk about domesticating Anime productions too.

It's a bit too much irony.

Actually, how can they expect the world not to know about all the dodgy ass things they do anyway? Just because a lot of the Chinese public are stupid like all other communists, it doesn't mean the rest of the world is. And most secrets come out anyway. Remember that lip-syncing Beijing Olympics girl? Freaking random-ass commies, arresting Iron traders under the accusations of being spies just because they didn't give them a good deal.

Eh. Well in any case, I found this hilarious.

Ahh. This is the first time I've blogged in so long. Well, if someone stumbles across this sometime in the future, Anh from Sept. 3 09 says hi. *salutes*

Goddamn, so tired this morning. Got ambushed by a freaking thousand Valley Cakes on my regular 4am trek to the bathroom. Hid behind the cistern. Freaking cheapasses. You guys think you're hyperspace or something? Waiting til a guy's hands are too busy to defend himself is cheap you know!

In any case, because of that, and the fact that I was watching Umineko no Naku Koro ni the night before [which you can find here btw], I didn't get back to sleep for another hour due to various bad images.

Ahh, anyway, got peak chem results back. It wasn't too bad, although it could've been better.
