Soul's Window (心灵之窗), apparently a very popular animation for children in China pretty much stole crazy keint amounts of frames off 5 Centimetres Per Second.

Actually, how can they expect the world not to know about all the dodgy ass things they do anyway? Just because a lot of the Chinese public are stupid like all other communists, it doesn't mean the rest of the world is. And most secrets come out anyway.
